Increases head retention while imparting slight flavor.
USE: In making stouts, add 1/3 of a stick (about 1 inch) to the wort in the boiling process. To make dissolving easier: Try placing the licorise in a plastic bag. Using a hammer to impact it, breaking it into smaller, easier to dissolve pieces. |
