Bullion Hops
Imported from England

Bullion, grown in Oregon, is considered the classic stout hop. 
It has a strong flavor and pungent aroma reminiscent of black currants.

The alpha rating is usually between 11.0 and 12.0%.

Its primary use is for bittering darker English Ales.
