Chinook Hops

Chinook hops are from Yakima, and the aroma is similar to that of
Cascade,
although slightly more floral and stronger in terms of bitterness.
The alpha
rating is around 12.5 to 14.0%.
Their primary use is for bittering.
They are popular among
microbreweries and brewpubs, especially in the mid-west.
