Cluster Hops
domestic pellets
Cluster, from Yakima, are used by most American commercial breweries.
They blend well with other aromatic hops, but have a much more subtle aroma than that of
Cascade.
The alpha rating is seldom more than 6.5 - 8.0%.
Their primary use is for
bittering.
