German Tradition was only recently released so it is too early for general consensus. Brew to replace Hersbrucker in German grown areas.

Substitutions: Liberty, German Hallertau

Typical Beer Styles: Lagers, Pilsner, Bock, Wheat, Weizen

The alpha rating is usually 5 - 7%.

Hop Shortage

We are now in a position to offer a few selected hops in limited quantities.
We are willing to sell 2-3 ounces of hops to customers purchasing an adequate quantity of malts for making a 5-gallon batch of beer.
We will sell a maximum total of 6-9 ounces of hops per customer on this basis.

Your cooperation and adherence to the limits and the malt requirements will speed up the fulfillment of your order.
