German Hersbrucker hops possess a mild and refreshing noble-style aroma. 
They are imported from Germany and are rarely available to the homebrewer.

The alpha rating varies from 3.0 - 5.0%.

Their primary use is for bittering and/or finishing.

Hop Shortage

We are now in a position to offer a few selected hops in limited quantities.
We are willing to sell 2-3 ounces of hops to customers purchasing an adequate quantity of malts for making a 5-gallon batch of beer.
We will sell a maximum total of 6-9 ounces of hops per customer on this basis.
