Imported from Germany, this is a mellow, spicy hop with a wonderful flavor and aroma. 
Its importance in German lagers is drastically underrated, 
as it’s herbal character cannot be matched by domestic varieties. 
It is a true noble hop variety.

The alpha rating is generally 3.5 - 5.0%.

Its primary use is for finishing lagers and pilseners.
