Pride of Ringwood Hops
imported pellets from Australia
Pride of Ringwood hops are grown in Australia.
They are used in
bittering, but lend a strong, pleasant aroma.
They became famous in 1965 when they were
introduced as the highest alpha acid hops.
They are evident in Australian lagers,
including Fosters.
The alpha rating is usually 8.5 - 10.0%.
