Grown in the German region of the same name, 
this variety is known for its spicy character and mild Saaz-type aroma. 
It is perfect for the production of European lagers of any type.

The alpha rating of 3.0 - 6.0%  allows for its use as a bittering, flavoring, or aroma hop.

Hop Shortage

We are now in a position to offer a few selected hops in limited quantities.
We are willing to sell 2-3 ounces of hops to customers purchasing an adequate quantity of malts for making a 5-gallon batch of beer.
We will sell a maximum total of 6-9 ounces of hops per customer on this basis.
