Summit has a strong hop profile. It has been described as having a citrus / grapefruit flavor. It can be used for bittering or dry hopping.

The alpha rating is usually 17.5 - 19.5%.

Hop Shortage

We are now in a position to offer a few selected hops in limited quantities.
We are willing to sell 2-3 ounces of hops to customers purchasing an adequate quantity of malts for making a 5-gallon batch of beer.
We will sell a maximum total of 6-9 ounces of hops per customer on this basis.
