Briess 6-row Brewers Malt is less expensive than 2-row Brewers Malt. It has a thicker husk allowing for easier lautering and a quicker run-off.

Well suited for high adjunct brewing due to strong enzyme content.

6-row Brewers Malt may be used as a base for all beer styles.

The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts without altering brewhouse procedures.
