Whether you wish to make wine from fresh fruit, 28-day kits or long-term concentrates, we have a system for you. There are minor differences in the 3 systems. Each system contains the equipment needed to produce 5 gallons of good wine from the ingredients of your choice. Likewise, there are only minor equipment additions needed to convert one system—even a brewing system– into a wine making systems. The use of the equipment and additives (for fresh fruit) will vary slightly depending on the ingredients as well.

One thing is for sure, making wine is becoming more and more popular because of the sophistication of the populace.
