6-gallon Glass Carboy
Buon Vida Stopper
Airlock
Nylon Grain  Bag

This system ONLY includes equipment.

You will also need:
a recipe, bottles, and a brew kettle.

Advantages:
The 6.5 gallon carboy is large enough to accommodate the foam, a by-product of fermentation, on most occasions
Transfer from the 1st carboy to the 2nd carboy may be at a time of your choosing
The beer may remain in the 2nd carboy up to 3 weeks, achieving better clarity naturally, before bottling
Bottling may be accomplished by the bulk priming method, eliminating the need to add sugar to each bottle
Glass is easy to sanitize and provides maximum protection from oxidation
2 batches may be fermenting at different stages simultaneously
Any beer in the world may be brewed - ales or lagers

Disadvantages:
During fermentation, foam may occasionally exceed the capacity of this 6.5 gallon glass primary, creating a blow-off situation
