versatile and convenient05/28/2017 ByDave Flowers This is my favorite lager yeast. It can ferment warmer and therefore faster that traditional lager yeasts and still keep a clean profile. I like to ferment in mid 60's for 7-10 days then drop it to mid 50's for 10-14 days... after cold crash, I'm done in 3 weeks. My fg fluctuates from 1.007-1.011 depending on the beer. As a dry yeast it is easy to store, great shelf lifeEmmem and easy to rehydrate.
