My Go To Non-Beer Yeast11/14/2014 Byncbluedot I love this yeast! Cider, fruit wines, whatever I want fermented this is my go to yeast. Clean and dry with good tolerance to high temperature and high gravity. Lastly you can't go wrong with the price. Highly recommended.
