I wanted something a little more interesting than natty light, and this filled the bill. First batch was straight ingredients from the recipe, BIAB, without anise or other ‘additional’ flavorings. I’ll be making this regularly, and adding anise, etc. variations. Was somewhat light on carbonation, but guess that is expected with such a sparse grain bill.
