This is really excellent, I've made it twice, the first time with the dry yeast and the second time with liquid yeast. Both were really good, very drinkable, with good body, great head retention, and a wonderful honey-like aroma on the finish. This time I'm going to try adding an extra pound of DME to kick it up a notch. It'll be good, come on over and share it with me.
