Boston Honey Wheat is a new twist to one of our favorite beers of summer. The pronounced honey flavor and distinct dryness are developed by adding honey in the steeping process of this recipe. The hop rate of this beer is lower than a standard wheat beer. It is well balanced with a slight clove character and a very emphatic hop aroma derived from dry hopping.
