Among the German styles we offer, an Export Pilsner is the lightest in color and maltiness and the most in hop bitterness. It will have good head retention and will be highly carbonated. The hop usage creates an altogether different balance than is achieved by the other beers in this group, leaning toward a more assertively bitter beer with a more aggressive aromatic quality.
