American Pilsener Home Brew Extract Ingredient Kit

An American Pilsener beer is, much the same as its lighter counterpart, very light to gold in color. This beer will be very light in hops, light in flavor and light bodied in character, but not to the extent of the Lite. It will be highly carbonated with low head retention. The nose will display a slightly floral character, accomplished through the use of a noble hop variety.
