Utopia Cream Ale is a very pale, highly effervescent, light ale. With low to medium hop bitterness, low hop flavor and aroma, and a tight, creamy head, this beer should become a summer favorite. For best results, use ale temperature primary fermentation followed by a lagered secondary. A close cousin to a German Kolsch. The light and balanced character of this recipe lends itself to experimenting with fruits and spices.
