Continuing Education Program

Continuing Education Program



We offer classes based on Beer, Wine, Mead, Cider, Distillation and more.

Classes are held most Saturdays starting at 11am
on a variety of topics all centered the hobby's we enjoy.

Commercial samples will be available to illustrate the topic of the class.
 

Class will run for 60-90 minutes and will have limited seating for some classes.

Distillation Class - Mashing-In & Enzymes


In recognition of the arrival of Bloody Butcher and Blue Hopi heirloom corns and as a part of our Continuing Education Program, we will be hosting an in depth review of mashing in with corn and the use of enzymes in a class like environment, followed by a live demonstration.
Commercial craft distillery products will be sampled for illustration purposes.

This class will run about 90 minutes and will be limited to 12 people.

The price for this class is $5.
