Policies, Terms and Conditions:
The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Alternative Beverage", "eBrew.com" or "AB"). Your use and/or placement of any order with Alternative Beverage indicate your acceptance of these conditions.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Alternative Beverage reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Notification of changes to an order for any reason will be by phone and/or email. Lack of a timely response will be deemed acceptance of the new conditions and the order will be processed as described in the communication.
Credit Cards:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover without any surcharges for using your credit card to make purchases with Alternative Beverage. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks:
Alternative Beverage accepts money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Shipping Policy:
Most orders will ship with in 24-48 hours of being received. We try to ship the same day, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock. During the Christmas season, we could experience slight shipping delays due to volume of business. AB will work as efficiently as possible to ensure all orders are shipped promptly. If the items needed are an emergency, please call to stress the importance of a timely shipment . (704) 825-5400 extension 1. Using an expedited shipping method will move your shipment up but is not guaranteed to ship the same day. Our Goal is to get all orders out as quickly as possible but delays can happen. Allow extra time for the shipments to be processed and delivered, especially during the Christmas season.
Please do not assume anything when it is time sensitive. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Alternative Beverage or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
International Orders & Shipping:
We accept International orders using PayPal, wire transfer and certified check. Regular credit card orders will be cancelled.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT taxes and/or customs fees which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Furthermore, foreign customs agencies may confiscate items that are not permitted to be imported. Please be aware that these are your responsibilities before placing your order. Please check with your local import agency on any fees that may be incurred on items and what documentation are necessary before placing your order. Advise us of the documentation needed in the comment section and we will do our best to fulfill your needs if we can. Watch your email account for conformation. AB will not be held responsible for any taxes due or items confiscated by customs agency due to violation of import restrictions or lack paperwork not provided and not requested.
Products:
All products are described to the best of our ability. If you have questions, please ask for clarification before purchasing. Do not assume anything from an image as stock images are sometimes used and colors and shapes may vary and could include items that are not associated the item being promoted.
Multiple Product Orders:
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Watch your email account, we will notify you of your options if items are backordered and you will have 24 hours to respond. Without response, products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. We will keep you abreast of the order status through your email account.
Out-of-Stock Products:
Watch your email account for notifications of options. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will ship your products as they become available unless you contact us. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Taxes :
Alternative Beverage shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes and/or other taxes.
Coupons/Promotions:
Coupons/Promotions can not be applied to quantity discounted items, items currently on sale, clearance merchandise or gift certificates. One use per customer. Promotions and coupons are not valid on Blichmann Engineering items, Ruby Street items, Ss Brewtech items, or any other drop shipper. All promotions are limited to stock on hand. No rain checks will be issued unless specifically stated in promotional details. Any promotion can end without notice. Coupons have no cash value and may only be used for the items intended. All times associated with coupons are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
We will gladly authorize the return of merchandise purchased in the previous 30 days by your phone request of merchandise in new, unused condition. Merchandise returned with out a RMA number will be subject to a 30% restocking fee while the customer maintains responsibility for the shipping charges and insurance on merchandise being returned. Fulfillment mistakes and defective merchandise will be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase at our expense when given timely notice.
Typographical/Shipping Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, shipping error, image error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Alternative Beverage shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order or part of an order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Email notification of the error and order options will be extended to the customer to fulfill the order. Timely response will be necessary to avoid the order being shipped without the item(s) in error. Alternative Beverage shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders or portion of an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. Alternative Beverage will adjust the order and amend the shipping charges prior to charging the credit card. If the order is paid by PayPal, Alternative Beverage will issue a credit to customers in-store account.
Customer:
You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with incorrect address, quantity ordered, or any other errors on your part. Please double check your order before submitting.
