Return Policy

Any person doing business with Alternative Beverage agrees to the following return policy:

1.) Request for returning merchandise must be made in writing or by email in advance of return of the product.

2.) Any merchandise being returned must be in new, unused condition.

3.) Ingredients may NOT be returned for a refund.

4.) Returned merchandise remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received.

5.) Shipping costs & insurance on the returned merchandise is the responsibility of the returnee.

6.) Returned merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee

7.) No returns or adjustment will be made on merchandise held for more than 30 days.
