Phantasm is a powder made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes. They are incredibly rich in Thiol precursors, which when added correctly to a fermenting beer, can unlock rich, strong tropical fruit aromas.

Use 1/2 - 1 ounce per gallon during active fermentation. Usage rates vary depending on yeast selection, hop selection, and when Phantasm is added.

Use with Omega's Cosmic Punch, Lunar Crush, Helio Gazer and Star Party yeast strains to unleash added thios with more emphatic juciy tropical fruits flavors.

STORAGE: For optimal shelf life, store unused Phantasm Powder vacuum sealed and refrigerated (below 5°C).
