Biofine® Clear is a purified colloidal solution of silicic acid, (SiO2), in water that has been specifically formulated for the rapid sedimentation of yeast and other haze forming particles in beer. It is vegan friendly.

Biofine® Clear is extremely rapid acting and optimally added on transfer to the aging tank for optimal dispersion in the beer. Direct addition can be to the aging tank, however, emphasis must be placed on good dispersion, i.e. multiple addition points and a good CO2 purge to minimize stratification.

Use: 1/4 Tbsp (3 ml or 1/10oz) to as much as 2 Tbsp (31 ml or 1 fluid oz.) per 5 gallon batch of beer. This is a wide range for dosing, but some beers will require a higher dose than others. It is recommended to start with a small amount and add more if needed. 

Storage: Biofine Clear in cool, dry conditions above 5°C and do not allow the product to freeze during transportation or storage.
