Jimmy Red Corn is a rare heirloom variety with exceptional fermentation qualities. Its deep red kernels and naturally high oil and starch content produce complex notes of caramel, nuttiness, and hints of spice.

This is a whole kernel corn and we cannot crack this corn with our mill which is dialed in for cracking malt.
