We include one free frozen gel pack with every three packs of liquid yeast and ship year-round in an insulated, padded bubble mailer. However, please note that a single gel pack may not be sufficient to keep yeast cool throughout transit during the summer. Additional gel packs are available for purchase, and we strongly recommend adding them—especially during warm weather.
