These recipes are for the more advanced brewers that will be using ALL-GRAIN brewing equipment and procedures. All recipes are 5 gallons

Beers are rated by Color, Bitterness and Alcohol
SRM is a color rating - the higher the number the darker the beer.
IBU's is an International Bittering Unit's rating - the higher the number the more bitter the beer.
ABV is a Alcohol By Volume rating - the higher the number the more alcohol.

These recipes are for the more advanced brewers that will be using ALL-GRAIN brewing equipment and procedures. Mash tun, Hot Water Tank and brew kettles with advanced chill down techniques and mashing procedures.

If you don't recognize these terms and procedures, you need to select from the Extract Versions.

These recipes are made when they are ordered so they will be absolutely FRESH.
