Our complete kit to test the acid content in the must of grapes and fruits is a highly desired component in the process of making good wines - every time. It is desirable to adjust the acid content of the must prior to fermentation and our test kit is the most economical and easy way to determine the acids. A proper acid balance prevents fermentation of off flavors and encourages proper yeast development. The test measures acids in wines in terms of tartarics instead of pH.
