Scotch Ales. I probably do not need to say more, but some of you may want to know the rest: Copper to dark Ale with high initial gravity and a fair amount of residual malt sweetness. Throw these into the boil and for flavor in larger than expected quantities. You will be rewarded with bitterness, hints of lavender, chamomile, and mint.
