One of the traditional fining agents. Does and excellent job of clarifying both wine and beer.

USAGE:
Add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons to a 1/2 cup of water @ 170 degrees.
Stir well, and pour into the secondary.
Allow 4-6 days to settle.
