Liquid Yeast Instructions

Using the tube yeast from Wyeast Labs.

Allow the tube of yeast to warm to room temperature for a period of 2 hours.
Place a pint of "must" or juice into a starter bottle.
Shake up the contents of the yeast tube,
unscrew the cap on the tube and squirt the yeast into the starter bottle.
Aerate the starter well,
keep at 70º to 80º for approximately 12 hours.
Activity should be evident.

Pitch contents of the starter bottle into the main "must".
