Anisette (Pastis) is a sweet aniseed flavored liqueur which emulsifies (becomes milky) when mixed with water.
Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1 cup of granulated sugar into a 35 fl. oz. bottle.
Fill with 26.5 fl. oz. of 20-25% ABV grain alcohol, neutral vodka or clarified Wash.
Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved.
If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. of glycerine.
Makes approximately 30 fl. oz.
